This toddler Triple P Café gives parents suggestions to help them manage tantrums and teach toddlers to calm down quickly.

Discussion Group Teen: Reducing Family Conflicts - Rockland

Many parents experience increased conflict with their teenagers during the transitions from childhood to adulthood.  Parents may find this change upsetting, and it can lead to conflict between parent and teenager and among other family members. 

This discussion group and workbook gives some positive parenting suggestions to help you teach your teenager how to get along with others in the family without constant fights and arguments.

Family Transitions - Spring 2020 - Cornwall

Family Transitions is a program for divorced or separated parents.   The course includes five weekly sessions covering such topics as how to deal with the changing family dynamic, coping with emotions, managing conflict and how to create balance in work, life and play.   

Please note:   This course does not cover Triple P’s Strategies for positive parenting.   Participants are encouraged to also enroll in a Standard Group Program following completion of Family Transitions.

Group Teen - Spring 2020 - Cornwall

This eight (8) week parenting group is for parents/caregivers of teenagers.  Participants will learn Triple P’s 15 Strategies for Positive Parenting Teenagers and how to use these strategies to strengthen their relationship with their teenager and address behavioural issues in the home, community and at school.

Triple P Cafe - Separation Anxiety - Cornwall

Most infants go through a stage when they suddenly react with hesitation and fear to strangers or people they do not see every day.    This can come as a real shock to parents and can be hard to deal with.    

This Infant Triple P Café provides parents with a better understanding of what separation anxiety is and how they can help their infant through it.

Triple P Cafe - Crying - Winchester

In the Triple P Café on Crying, parents will learn tips and tricks on how to deal with their baby crying and how to better understand their baby and address their needs.
