MyTripleP is brought to you by several agencies across Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry and Prescott-Russell that have come together to provide community families with free access to Triple P programs.

In addition to these agencies, a lot of people commonly refer families to Triple P and support Triple P in the community:

Children’s Aid Society of SDG

CASSDG’s primary focus is the safety and well-being of children and youth. The agency conducts assessments, offers support services such as counseling and teaching and, whenever possible, provides resources.

The Cornwall Community Hospital – Child and Youth Mental Health Services

Cornwall Community Hospital Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS) are community-based services that provide assessment, therapy, support, counselling, group therapy and consultation for children and youth and parent education groups. CYMHS has a well-trained, multidisciplinary team of professionals who provide services predominantly in English.
Early ON Child and Family Centres across SDG The Ontario Early Years Centre of SDG provides leadership by supporting parents in their role and giving children the opportunities to be the best that they can be.

Laurencrest Youth Services

Laurencrest has been helping youth that are having troubles with life since 1967. They help them to help themselves establish a work ethic and self-confidence leading to their growth as responsible individuals and inclusive members of the community.

Youturn – Youth Support Services

Youturn provides intensive services and support to youth in conflict with the law, and their families.

Maison Baldwin House

Maison Baldwin House's mission is to assist women and their children in the transition from violent and abusive circumstances to a safe and secure environment and a renewed family by providing safe shelter and services.

Naomi's Centre

Naomi’s Family Resource Centre provides safe, secure, confidential emergency shelter and support services to women 16 years and older with or without children who are victims of family violence in any form.

L'Équipe psycho-sociale

L’Équipe psycho-sociale aims to be recognized as an organization that demonstrates excellence in the delivery of Francophone mental health services for children, youth and families in Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

S.D. & G. Developmental Services Centre

We provide services to individuals who are developmentally and/or physically challenged and their families/caregivers in the counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and the city of Cornwall.

Cornwall Community Police Service

The Cornwall Community Police Service responds to the needs of the community through a combination of preventative, pro-active and reactive programs.

Counselling and Support Services of S.D. & G.

Counselling and Support Services of S.D. & G. is a multi-service, non-profit, accredited organization providing a range of support and services to children, youth, adults and families in the city of Cornwall and the counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry.

Eastern Ontario Health Unit

The EOHU is responsible for the delivery of local public health programs and services, carried out in collaboration with other organizations in the health system and in partnership with municipal governments and community stakeholders.

Valoris – For Children and Adults of Prescott-Russell

Valoris is a multiservice agency for children, teenagers, adults and their families that provides a single access point for a wide variety of services and programs.
Family Centre – Rockland, Embrun, Hawkesbury The Family Centres help strenghten the capacity of families and communities to nurture healthy child development through quality education and prevention programs. Targeting families with children from birth to six, these centres provide programs supporting the growth and development of parental skills while offering timely occasions to engage parents in their children's development and learning.
Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team The CRFHT is a group of 15 family physicians and other associated healthcare providers who offer comprehensive primary care and some emergency care services to the residents of Clarence-Rockland.

Daycares – City of Clarence-Rockland

The city of Clarence-Rockland daycares are developed so that a child can benefit from a group experience. Our competent staff provides love and security to every child. The Early Learning Program is adapted to the age and interest of the child.

Garderies Les Petits Trésors

The Centre éducatif Les Petits Trésors provides to each child a large selection of activities and a daily program that fits the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s How Does Learning Happen philosophy. The programs are offered in a positive and secure environment which allows each child to reach his or her’s full potential. Members of the staff are professionals fully dedicated to the care and learning of each child.
