I’m going through a separation/divorce

If you are going through a separation or divorce, it may be difficult at times to manage the extended family, the new partner and the ex-partner in addition to everyday issues. The Triple P Family Transitions program was designed to help parents who are going through a separation or divorce manage stress, anger and change as well as teach conflict solving and good communication skills.

Please note: The positive parenting strategies to address children’s behaviours are not included in Family Transitions. After completing Family Transitions, parents should continue with other levels of Triple P in order to learn these strategies.
